International Office
ILIRIA Royal University is proud to announce the opening of its first International Office outside of Kosovo in Lahore, Pakistan. This office will be managed by Hygrade International, a well renowned and established company, which will act as an exclusive regional centre to recruit students for the University from South East Asia. Not only will it process applications, distribute information and promote the University generally but it will also collect fees on its behalf and assist all students in the entry clearance process to help them travel to and study in Kosovo.

Courses and Fees for International Students:
Courses are taught in either Albanian or in English and all students have the option to elect which language of instruction they wish to follow. Furthermore, a tailored made timetable is agreed with each individual student at the outset to deal with any specific academic weakness that they may have. Students from Pakistan are eligible to apply for Bachelors courses once they have successfully complicated their HSSC and can show an acceptable level of proficiency in English. Similarly students applying for entry onto Masters Programmes must have a pass at Bachelors level in a relevant degree and have the appropriate level in English. Those students who have completed a two years Bachelors Programme in Pakistan are eligible to study for a one year Top Up degree and are therefore able to achieve an international recognised degree in a very short period of time. Courses offered are as follows:
·         3 years Bachelors Degree                  4000 Euros. P.A.
·         2 years Bachelors Degree                  5000 Euros. P.A.
·         1 year Top-Up Degree, Bachelors      6000 Euros P.A.

Visa Process and Requirements:
All Students who have successfully been accepted and issued with a formal offer for a place to study at the University of ILIRIA are automatically eligible for entry clearance in Kosovo. As there are no consular facilities from Government of Kosovo available in Pakistan, all documentation must be provided to Hygrade International in order to initiate the entry clearance process into Kosovo.The documentation provided together with a guarantee from the University of ILIRIA is presented to the Immigration Authorities and entry clearance sought for each individual student. This process will normally take a period of three weeks.

Accommodation:
All international students arriving into Kosovo to Study are required to secure their accommodation prior to their departure from their country of origin. In order to assist its international students, the University of ILIRA will provide three months accommodation to each student on a shared basis initially and subsequently will offer them various options. All and any accommodation offered will be within easy travel to the University and be on a fully furnished basis. Students are required to complete the accommodation application and pay a deposit and three months advance rent before their departure from Pakistan.
